The Vestry is similar to the Board of Directors of a company or corporation. It is composed of twelve lay ministers elected by the parish who are therefore representatives of the parish at large. The Vestry has authority to initiate and approve actions on behalf of the parish, to set policies and guidelines, resolve disputes, and enter into agreements. Parishioners are encouraged to make their views known to Vestry members.
