Pam Carey's Ordination On Saturday, December 3, our own Pam Carey was ordained a Deacon in the Episcopal Church. Marc Andrus, the Bishop of California presided. Throngs of family and friends attended. The ordination was a great day for Pam, the culmination of many years of study and field work. The next day, Pam delivered the Sunday sermon at St. Anselm's, her home parish. (To read Pam's sermon, click here). It was great to have Pam back! A reception was held after the service in Pam's honor. |
